「When I go to Yuma, I stay here. It used to be a chain of some sort, but the owners are now independent. They do a great job of keeping the place clean and modern. The breakfast is good for self-serve and they have a free happy hour. There is a grill station if you want to eat in. I didn't use the pool, but it is large and attractive. Kids would love it. And the prices are reasonable. Yuma is overflowing with hotels and more are being built. This place is a reason to try an independent operator.」

「Staffs were nice and polite. However the room was a bit old, heater was dusty; soundproofing was bad, you could hear people walking and talking outside; no hair dryer no shampoo; furnitures were scratched.」

The room had enough space and was clean and had up to date decor. The bed, pillow and sheets were comfortable, clean & smooth. The toilet water pressure was strong. 「The room was clean however the overstuffed chair was dirty , the air conditioner was loud room had a misty smell . Staff was nice and friendly however got woken up 6:30an by upstairs room 2nd floor above us since I was in the first floor, sound like gymnastic or bounce park . We had got in late the night before how can people not have consideration of others I understand having kids contained a small area for a few hours can get a little boring ,but be mindful of others. 「The website needs to take down the free breakfast. Some people count on that and that was very disappointing. Front office , was very wonderful to me. They definitely need to do better about communicating with the their website , and make the breakfast available it's very helpful for people who are on a budget.」

「I love staying at the property, very close to the gas station and varius restaurants. They had a good basic variety off breakfast options and opens early. The only unfortunate thing I found in the room was Lots of mold near the air conditioning. (this is only in my room I cannot speak for other rooms). Other than that I definately recomend the the hotel.」
