Only stay here if you 1) like very, very hard cheap beds and 2) you want to schlep any extra items you need up to your room.
When we checked in, the front desk mentioned all the things we might want in our room. We needed a hair dryer, coffee maker, and coffee accoutrements. These items do not come standard anymore. It was odd, but we grabbed an armload of stuff and headed to our room.
Next, we wanted to relax for a bit before venturing out and as soon as we laid on the bed, we were horrified. The bed was like a brick. I thought it would be ok, but I barely slept and woke up the next day with an awful backache. This is not a firm mattress - this is a cheap, hard mattress. Although the hotel is new - they went cheap with everything. To the point where you can feel the building shake when a heavily loaded semi passes on the nearby interstate.
The bed was so bad that we decided to check into another hotel. Extended Stay refused to refund me the difference between what I paid them and the new hotel I had to book ($50 difference).
I will never stay at one of their facilities again or give them another penny.
