It’s a good hotel to ski. They have shuttle bus every half hour between hotel and the train station. The massive hotel is facing a ski field, particularly good for beginners, ski school and park for kids. After ski, then you can enjoy the hot spring. It’s amazing. I also love the buffet. I may bring the kids back again for ski in future.

Second visit here. Perfect for family getaway with kids in winter. Also good spot for summer when watching Fuji Rock music Festival. Would definitely stay again.

The location is easily walkable to Yuzawa Nakazato and the shuttle to the JR station is convenient. Do not miss out on the dinner buffet! Rooms are adequate for sleeping and the staff is top notch helpful!

Overall enjoyed our stay but there were a few small things that could have made our stay more fulfilling. The entire place is made kids friendly which was really touching and is a welcome attitude given we are a family with 2 kids. The breakfast spread was quite good but had very limited vegetarian options - again the kids section there was really awesome! Rooms were quite clean but a bit smaller than anticipated, the toilet exhaust was a bit low or not working which made it a bit awkward. Loved the dedicated kids play area, gachapon area, vending machines, coin laundry, pool was paid, onsens were excellent and the halloween themed setup was cute. We were really relieved with the dedicated Lawson combini in their lobby!!! How cool is that :)

数年ぶり２回目の宿泊でした。室内は可もなく不可もなく。ただ、チェックインして最初に入った時、窓が空いてました。網戸側だったのと高層階だったので虫は入ってきてませんでしたが、気がつくまでにちょっと時間がかかり、寒かったです。 バイキングはとても美味しかったです。 仕方ないのですが、エレベーターが激混みする時間があります。余裕を持って行動した方が焦らなくて済むと思います。

大寒波の大雪の日にスキー旅行ではなくただの旅行で夫婦で滞在。 ホテルはミキハウスとのコラボ？でファミリー層をターゲットにしており平日にも関わらずファミリーと外国人で賑わっていた。 チェックインの15時前には、8台位ある自動チェックイン機の前は長蛇の列。 外国人など不慣れな人もいて進みが悪いので、通常のカウンターでのチェックインも併用した方が良いと思う。 平日でこれだと休日は大変そう。 元々リゾマンだった建物をホテルに改装したと思われる部屋は、ミニキッチンやユニットバストイレ付、和室になぜか2段ベットという風変わりな部屋でしたが、それなりに快適でした。 日中はスキーヤーでザワザワしていますが、総じて快適に、普通に過ごせました。

天使格蘭飯店，有line的客服，還沒出發前，就能在客服上詢問許多資料，線上先預辦check in，可直接帶著QR code去使用飯店電腦就可以辦入住，印出的紙張上就有門房密碼，基本上記住密碼，就可以進出房間 大浴場有二處，本館的浴場較小，室內外各一池， 餐廳樓上的浴場比較大，有很多池，外面還有二台按摩椅，跟腳底按摩機，超舒服的 不過搭接駁車的人真的很多，原本預計搭10點離開的車，後來等到10點半才能坐上車，好險訂了11點初的JR離開，所以要預留時間

最低限のサービスなので、一般的なシティホテルや温泉旅館の様なサービスは無い。 部屋には前泊者のゴミが冷蔵庫に放置されたまま。リフト券の購入機械不具合があっても、スタッフの対応が悪すぎる。苦情を伝えても、代案の提案等無いので、客の自助努力が必要。 お風呂は塩素臭強い。 バスでの移動では30分以上前から混雑。混雑注意喚起の案内も無いので、ギリギリに行ってもバス乗れない。タクシーも人手不足なのか使えない。 良かった点は食事のみ。子連れには良い。

チェックインは15時前に済ませ、鍵を貰うのに15時からと言われたから1時間程時間になるまで待っていたのに、15時ちょい前に来た他の客にもう渡していた。何もアナウンスがなく15時前に鍵を渡すなら何かアナウンスしてもいいと思う。寒い中ずっと子供と待っていたのに遅く来た客に鍵を渡していたので流れが悪すぎ。 せめてチェックイン順に呼ぶなど対応を考えて欲しい。
