"Overall it’s a really unpleasant experience to stay there! I have never experienced such rude hotel staffs especially in Japan, which is well known for its hospitality and services, hotel staffs got annoyed with questions asked in English!! The room is dated and not very tidy, facilities such hot spring are not impressive, food is subpar and expensive! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone even it’s a ski-in-out resort as it claims! "

"Yes, hotel offers a wide variety of food and mostly rich in protein which is ideal for skiing. The main course in dinner time offers 3 choices, fish, beef and meat which are good to suit different preferences of guests. The take-away at breakfast time is flexible. In general, the hotel is ideal for skiing."

"房間還蠻寬敞的，基本的設施都有，衣架也提供很多，方便掛清洗後的衣物，在地下室有放置雪具的帶鎖置物櫃很便利，也有提供暖氣可將濕掉的手套或鞋子烘乾，早餐的類型也是該有的都有提供，飯店的溫泉也是相當的不錯，也有戶外露天的可以使用。 交通方面，因飯店本身沒有接駁車可以乘坐，所以每天滑完雪要從車站走路回飯店帶著雪具是蠻辛苦的，從車站走到飯店大約13分鐘左右，我自己的做法是早上走路到車站因為是下坡，滑完後搭計程車到飯店。 飯店人員相當專業，最後一天要離開時，有請飯店人員幫忙叫計程車到車站，飯店人員也是很熱心的幫忙，住宿期間有需要寄送行李到機場，也是很順利完成寄送。 總結 如果明年還要到越後湯澤滑雪的話，我的首選應該是還是這間飯店。 "

"It is my 2nd time to Kinta Naeba first time I met the old man Mr Kinta He was very friendly and proud to share how he has built Kinta Naeba from Scratch This time Mr Kinta was not there but the hospitality by the other staff was still perfect. I strongly recommend to order their dinner if you are staying in Kinta, their food are delicious and are far better than the so called Japanese cuisine you can have in the Prince Hotel Resort. The living room area is soothing, we stayed there for some marshmallow BBQ. I would surely come back again when I visit Naeba in the future, the only downside for my stay is that the shower Faucet in my room was broken down, this might be inconvenient for some guests"

"The hotel facilities and rooms are very old. There was a very strong smell of smoke in the room. We had to keep the window open all night even though it was very cold outside (–10°C). There were obvious stains on the tatami mat floor in the room. The staff member who helped us check in was a bit annoying and impolite. I wouldn’t recommend this place for families or group stays."
