「Special word of appreciation for Amira, Shaimaa, Neshma & Noor. The culture within the staff is of equality and professionalism. I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk. Did I mention Fahd. He serves the best food with an even better smile. Loved my stay and will come again. 」

「This was very nice, thank you very much!! 20mn from sphinx international airport which was very handy for us to fly the day after. Inside all is a super new, but most nice is the 1st class service of this family serviced apartment. Arranged us food delivery in evening that she even brought it to the room. No really that was very nice to be. Only regret is to have been only one night. I would have found them before, i would stay at least 2 nights to rest more and make maybe a laundry.」

「Very nice stay, good neighborhood, easy access to property. Excellent staff very helpful. Miss Maha and Mr. Ahmed always ready to help and assist. 24/7 front desk . Transportation you should be familiar with transportation apps to use it or you have a car.furniture is good condition and clean. Cleaning services could be requested through front desk. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite and it’s spacious and comfortable good for 3 to 4 or small family. Excellent stay and would repeat it again anytime. 」

「The rooms were clean, very comfortable. and allowed us to check in early . We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well.I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting cairo and 6 October. 」

「7 Nächste, 3 Personen, 5 Handtücher, nicht einmal wurden die Handtücher gewechselt, Toilettenpapier auch so nur eine mini Rolle die nach zwei Tagen leer war. Man muss alles selbst Nachfragen es ist nichts selbstverständlich. Gebucht war Deluxe Zimmer, um die zu bekommen musste ich zwei Gespräche am Rezeption führen und erst am zweite Tag erst zu bekommen. Es kostet Kraft und ist sehr anstrengend.」
