"Hotel is in a great location and has good facilities but it looking a little tired in places notably around the pool and spa area. Breakfast was good but some of the cooked items could have been better. I booked a double double room for our family night away. Checked in and was given room 111 which was an unpleasant dark and cramped accessible room, windows were covered in frosted glass so you could not see out as it overlooked a utility courtyard. Not at all what I would have expected from a luxury hotel. We did return to reception to discuss room options and were eventually moved to a more suitable room but this seemed to luck that there were any rooms suitable for 4 of us left. Would think of going back again but would be seriously concerned we could end up in a sub standard room."

"Our stay was straightforward and the room was clean. The bar and restaurant were closed for a private event the night of our stay leaving us with very limited dining options. We found a takeaway restaurant down the street and were able to take our meals into a neighboring pub. Also, there was no hair dryer provided. The stay was fine but I don't think I would stay again. "

"Amazing from start to finish Brilliant friendly staff backed with exquisite food both evening and breakfast. Bathroom fan was noisy and push button taps but will return"

"Couldnt have got a better room room 201 lovely views of the town and mountains just wish had more than a night to stay... did not sample food so cant comment on that... small critique the windows on outside could be cleaned other than that perfect bed was comfortable as well"

"Room was clean and staff were great. Only downside was the insanely noisy DJ in the bar area immediately below my room that did not wrap up until 1am. Not my finest nights sleep but it was only for one night so…"

"The house is perfect and its setting is beautiful in the Mourne ANOB. The host's attention to details, full of thoughtful touches, and the selection of quality furniture took our stay to a whole new level, even comparing to some top branded hotels. It was an extremely enjoyable stay and would definite visit again."
