“I stayed here for two nights to visit my brother in Salamanca. I was nervous at first to stay at apart hotel, but this experience was excellent. First, their communication was timely and helpful. I arrived around 11am and they let me check in early. The check in process was seamless and easy to understand. The room itself had everything I needed, including effective air conditioning and a washer and dryer outside the room. I would absolutely stay here again. ”

“I have never stayed in a cleaner apartment; the baseboards, corners, nooks, and crannies were spotless. Everything you can possibly need is there and ready for you. The host, Juan, was a lifeline since my trip from Madrid was a complete mess. In my exhaustion and lack of a backup plan, Juan kept in touch with me and met me when I finally arrived. “L'annonce est fidèle à la réalité. Un appartement très propre, bien équipé, dans un immeuble bien sécurisé. Une situation idéale pour visiter la ville historique de Salamanque, tout peut se faire à pieds. Ne pas hésiter à garer sa voiture dans un parking souterrain (peu de places disponibles près de la location) c'est ce que nous avons fait et c'était très bien. Un accueil sérieux et très bien organisé. A recommander sans soucis.”

“The property is located on the plaza mayor. Due to this, the location is excellent for exploring the historic city, but I was told by the host that bc of restrictions on the plaza, this apartment (as well as all others in the plaza) cannot have AC. During high summer, it is very difficult to sleep without AC after the heat of the day so I would not recommend this apartment for summer travel. Fans are provided but they were not enough to be comfortable. We are from Texas so I dont say this……

“Beautiful and cozy apartment, has everything you need (and coffee/tea and cookies were a very nice bonus). Beatriz was a lovely host, quick to respond to any questions, and was very gracious when we were a bit late (and a bit lost) for our check in time. The location is perfect, close to everything, and only a few mins walk to the beautiful Plaza Mayor. There is paid parking right across the street or you can cruise the streets close to the apartment to find free 24 hr parking. Look for the……

“Ubicacion ideal con cercania andando al casco histórico Plaza Mayor, tiendas y restaurantes a pocos pasos, un supermercado DIA al lado. El piso tiene todo lo esencial para tu estancia con cocina equipada y Smart TV. Es ideal para estancias cortas o para quienes van estar mayor parte del dia fuera explorando la ciudad, es un poco ruidoso pero es lo que viene por estar cerca de todos los sitios.”
