「Stayed one night after a late night arrival to the airport before moving on to a resort hotel. I made arrangements with the hotel to be picked up at the airport. I confirmed the pick up on the day before and the day of my arrival. Yet, when I arrived I saw signs for many people but none with my name. After waiting 15-20 minutes I took a cab. The hotel then had the temerity to tell me that the driver was there and had waited 20 minutes. No! I paid in advance for breakfast. It was underwhelming....
