“The property itself is very nice and well kept. The staff were also great! The pool is nice but a little deep at 1.4m but I’m just short. They do need to do a better job of food safety and covering food from flies. If I didn’t make it right at buffet opening, everything was covered in bugs! Also it wasn’t clear enough that this was a no alcohol resort when booking (I don’t drink that much anyways) and I understand it’s Ramadan but other resorts still had activities and entertainment, this one……

La nourriture était délicieuse, variée et de très grande qualité. Les chambres ainsi que les espaces communs étaient impeccables, avec une propreté irréprochable. On se sent vraiment bien dans cet hôtel, l’ambiance est agréable et tout est pensé pour que les clients passent un séjour parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 %……

“This property is beautiful and breathtaking. The views and the finishes are immaculate. Everything was clean and luxurious. The food and the staff on the other hand were not. It took over an hour for our food and waters to come. The orders were totally wrong. 2/3 of us actually got sick because they did not listen to our food allergies. We waited 30 minutes for our bill to come. And then, after a small disagreement were told, we didn’t have to pay for food that we didn’t actually eat. It just……

“Tout est parfait : infrastructure très bien entretenue et bien équipée. Personnel très accueillant et aux petits soins. La piscine est assez grande mais pas facile de nager car il y a beaucoup d’activités liées à la piscine et on a pied partout mais bon voilà, rien de grave. La nourriture est très qualitative et variée pour un ensemble de cette taille, bravo. Mon seul bémol est d’avoir perdu 2 jours à l’arrivée car notre chambre n’avait plus d’électricité et on a été transférés à 4 dès l’arrivée……

“Booked superior seaview room and seaview window is at toilet which is higher than normal people eye level. Double check if breakfast is included in the booking in hotels.com as the website offer two breakfast option with different price which is a bit confusing. Tried to contact hotel to confirm via booking website and official hotel email address a few time but no luck.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful! Heads up: the beach had a lot of sea urchins in January. There were some local youths that showed us safe passage and starfish, sea spiders, lionfish, etc. right there on our beach for a small fee. For swimming the hotel pool was beautiful. The food in the hotel restaurant was reasonably priced and good. ”
