"The property is well kept up. The rooms are basic, showing their age but clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was better than expected - coffee or juice, small fruit plate, then a larger plate with plantains, peas and rice, scrambled eggs, and what tasted like a hot dog. "I booked last minute fue to a flight change. This place was perfect for myself and my 3 year old. Their restaurant served delicious food, the people running the place are super kind, welcoming, and helpful. Bathroom and room were clean and the AC worked great.
I would absolutely stay here again. I noticed a good amount of locals eating here for breakfast and I have to say everything I ate was fantastic.
We will be back next time we stay in San José"
