“We stayed at this hotel in May and KNEW we needed to go back. We had the opportunity to be back in Costa Rica this past week, and stayed here overnight so that we would be close to the airport in the morning. The staff is exceptionally professional, and kind. “We had no complaints during our stay. The room was spacious and all amenities(cookware, plates, salt, towels, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, fridge and freezer, clothes iron, hangers, & others) were available for use. Aircondition was great and strong enough for the entire space. TV was smart which inluded entertainment apps but TV could be updated. Everything was clean and modern. Although daily housekeeping was not available(which was stated prior to booking), everything we needed was……

“This place was perfect and the staff was truly incredible. The rooms were spacious and the location was perfect for us. Restaurants were nearby and downtown was a short walk. But, the most amazing part was the staff. My mom had left her phone in the room after check out. Keyling, the front desk attendant, immediately called me letting me know and found a quick solution to get my mom’s phone back to us at the airport! Yes the hotel was great but having a staff look out for you and care is……
