“The property was well kept in a very safe location. The only downside was there were many ants that kept coming in. Besides that, I would recommend the place and I would stay again.”

“This spacious one room apartment with bathroom is great for someone who does not want to stay in a traditional hotel/motel setting. It is quiet, clean, independent, safe with 24/7 armed security guards, controlled access. Easy access to roads was awesome. It has a park walking distance. Check-in and check-out was painless and quick. Communications with the owner via WhatsApp was consistent and pleasant. Services were offered. Privacy was great. “My family and I enjoyed this house, it has everything we needed. It was peaceful, close to places to explore, restaurants gas stations and shops. “The immediate area seemed a little at first glance but it was quiet throughout my stay. The streets are rough too nearby the property but you're within walking distance of a beautiful plaza and historic cathedral. The property itself felt very safe and secure snd was very comfortable. “It was a really nice, very close to our family. The swimming pool it was very nice. As well having a washing machine it came very handy. The only thing is it was very hot at night and the a/c did not reach the rooms. The maun water was cut off early in the morning without knowing., but a rext with erick, was resolved quickky. Thanks. “This is THE spot to be when visiting Chalchuapa. My family and I stayed here for a week, and were welcomed by a very attentive and inviting duo; Toney (the host) and Noe (the property manager). “The house had a great centralized location to downtown Santa Ana! The property was very clean inside and out. The check-in process was somewhat antiquated due to the fact that due to delays we arrived later than expected, and had to still coordinate a face to face hand off of the keys to the location.
