"There are only two good things about this hotel. Playa Norte and Malecon are just across the street. The rooms are so unpleasant with nonexistent WIFI and rarely warm water. Also, there is a bar just across the street that plays the loudest music until 3 AM. We regretted we booked and paid for 4 nights at this hotel. Was not possible to sleep. The owner could have done something about that.
Maybe talking to the bar people and asking them to turn the music down. I would not recommend this...
