"We arrived on Sunday and the front door was closed with no staff on site. We had not realized that we had to use the code emailed to us to get in. Apparently they do not have any staff on site on Saturday or Sunday at reception other than for breakfast service. It’s a lovely old building and more like an appartment hotel. Parking was great on site and breakfasts very good."

"Staff was great. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was OK. AC did not work. Hotel is on main street of a very busy section of town and parking was difficult to find."

"The room safe didn’t work and the front staff advised it was impossible to fix it. The toilet seat was very loose. On the positive side, it was very close to the train station and reasonably clean"

"The facilities are very basic, have stayed in B&B hotels before, with more facilities than this one in Limoges. No hairdryer in the shower room and only one pillow each which was very thin. However the member of staff who greeted us was perfect, very professional and friendly. I know this is a budget hotel but we expected our experience to replicate our previous stays in the B&B hotels."

"Second time here! The rooms are clean and huge. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. Great Little bar and you can walk everywhere or take the bus within 3-4 minutes of walking. "

"Yes, tbe staff were excellent, friendly and bery helpful, the room was very good clean and tidy, very comfortable overnight stay. Location was very good too, we were heading south , so a good place to stop and break the trip."
