“I arrived in the morning and asked to leave my luggage. They said that if I could wait 25 minutes, they'd get me into a room. “This may have been our favorite hotel room in a long while, and certainly the best in our two week trip across France. The room was beautifully decorated and every little thing was thought of. "I ordered a Privilege room for one single person, but eventually I was assigned a two-bed room without bathtub. When I went to the staff and asked about this, they just responded “we cannot fulfill everyone’s requirement, it depends on what we have at the moment.” What made me sulky is their attitude, so cold and unfriendly. About paying the city tax, they were not willing to make change. I’ve been to Paris over 20 times and I have never met this situation. A hotel with this kind of reception staff DO NOT deserve to be a 3-star hotel. By the way, I can hear the sound and vibration of trains (could be the metro) from very early morning till the midnight. This is also annoying to me. I definitely won’t choose this hotel next time I come to Paris."
