"Staff were welcoming and friendly, everything we needed was on hand"

"Lovely location for the national parks. The room was clean"

"Staff were fantastic, great breakfast, comfortable room."

"Stayed here with my family for one night, great hotel, great breakfast (kids 10yo and younger are free). Staff was exceptional! Would recommend. "

"The reception lady made this budget business traveler hotel special, she went out of her way to make my brief stay enjoyable, bravo !"

"I rarely give scathing reviews, but our trip included harassement from the hotel manager and I want to make sure our experience doesn't go unnoticed. The booking was a work trip for my husband. At the hotel the heating was broken (mid-November) and the hotel manager put a small space heater to "solve the problem". We asked for a different solution or to be moved to a different hotel. "Great staff service from all the family"

"Clean room, large space little kitchen water pressure was good 👍"

"Hotel can not be closer to the train station - and that’s a good point. Hotel is clean - room perfectly quiet even there was a sport event in St-Etienne with young athletes and clubs in the hotel. Breakfast is perfectly dressed and people are very helpful to answer our questions. Nothing could be better ! I would be pleased to come back."

"Great hotel, excellent food in restaurant, attentive staff. "

"Very good hotel, just steps from the train station and tramway. Rooms comfortable, well equipped and renovated. Parking included in the rate, with essy access. "

"We were in Saint-Etienne for the Rugby World Cup. This hotel is ideally located to the city Center. Tram rides to the stadium were very convenient. "

"Great stay! "

"Above this place at all costs, Not clean at all. The room smells of body odour, and the toilet and shower area smells like rotten eggs. Bed sheets are not clean still hair every where and the blankets still had stains. Actually I don’t think it was ever changed from the previous guest’s stay. I do understand it’s a budget-friendly hotel, But I would not recommend it even if it was for free. I would suggest you go sleep on the road or man up just sleep in your car."

"Had a great stay at Chez Martine and Philippe. Beautiful place, easy, delicious breakfast and Philippe and Martine were helpful, responsive, and answered questions before we could even think to ask them. We highly recommend their hotel, and the delightful village. We will definitely return."

"Excellent accueil et repas, un régal ! petit déjeuner aussi à la hauteur, tout comme l'hébergement"
