The hotel is perfectly situated if you are going skiing, walk to the Glacier gondola and walk everywhere in town. The hotel has beautiful rooms, a spa that is so relaxing and the staff is welcoming and wonderful, I thought they must be the owners! The breakfast is a plentiful buffet and has the most amazing juicers!!!

O hotel é muito bem localizado e o quarto em que ficamos era amplo e confortável. We’d an amazing stay. The room was great. Staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast each morning was really nice. When we checked out, we were dropped back to the train station. The whole experience was excellent and I’d highly recommend staying.

This is our favorite so far in all the hotel we stayed in Switzerland. The hotel is very chic and the room we got is really nice with a good view of Matterhorn. The room is modern and chic. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices in comparison to the last 3 hotels we’ve been in Switzerland. I will stay at this hotel again when I come back to Zermatt
