Great location with easy walk from train station and to main town area. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful, the buffet breakfast offered delicious hot and cold options. The heated indoor pool and saunas were a fabulous way to end a big day of hiking. Great sized room with very comfy beds, kitchen area plus our own sundeck area with views of the Matterhorn - can’t ask for more than that ! If we came back to Zermatt would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This hotel was lovely. We stayed in the Aparthotel. We enjoyed everything it offered. The rooms were nice, the breakfast was delicious and the sauna, steam room and pool were amazing. Relaxing stay

We stay here for 6 nights. We loved it! The room was spacious and clean. It had a kitchenette and a small dining table for us to cook and eat. The pool and sauna were amazing. It was nice to relax in the pool after a long day of walking and hiking. We would stay here again.
