「Great experience, stayed here earlier in January. They were very polite and friendly. While assisting to change our room for a better view, the guy who's name I forgot started singing Hotel California upon learning I was from LA. Funny guy.」

「Good hotel with good staff and well maintained. It's far from Xian points of interests. Big problem is that no one speaks english AT ALL. Not even few words. It's really hard for a basic communication and it' COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a.high level hotel like a Crowne Plaza」
