“I had a beautiful stay at the Millsap-Baker Estate B&B. When I arrived, there was a note telling me to how to find my bedroom. It also told me about snacks and drinks that were available, as well as the time for breakfast in the morning. There was the phone number for the owners for any needs. The covered porch was a very peaceful place to rock I. The rocking chair and watch the birds. I sat and read my book for quite a while. Every room is decorated with amazing antique furniture! “This is my second time staying there there’s a small Cabin all by itself and it’s called the wee cabin. It’s absolutely gorgeous. Has everything you need I Can’t say anything more than it’s perfect. No matter who you are I guarantee you will love it. It’s gorgeous.”

“This is our "go to" place to stay when we go to the Blowing Rock area! We love Chetola! We have stayed in the lodge as well as the inn. They are both wonderful and the property has so much to do! It is in a great location I'm already looking forward to going back!”

“John & Marsha are the perfect hosts of this beautiful B&B in the mountains. Breakfast was tasty and unique each day we were there. The room was on the second floor which require a fairly steep flight of stairs. It is central to the area; Blowing Rock, Boone,Banner Elk, etc. ”

“We have stayed in lots of B&Bs, but this lodge is the most beautiful we have ever seen. It is hard to describe how amazing it is and everything was just perfect. We loved staying here. The manager, Bobbie, was just so wonderful and we enjoyed talking with her, and her recommendations for places to visit were great. We felt at home here, and would very highly recommend staying here. “We was in town for the August night races at Bristol. Our host was extremely nice at check in. We booked. room with a shared bathroom, but never had ny problems accessing it for showers or to freshen up before leaving for the races. We are on a Keto diet and our host made sure we had an awesome breakfast every morning. But I'll say I was about to go off the diet when I was the amazing waffles and pancakes she prepared. ”

“Overall I'm glad we picked this hotel. The staff at the hotel were super nice! The floor in our room was a bit squeaky, but we barely heard anything from the floor above us. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and the sauna felt good. They had a heavy snow early on the day we checked in, so we were glad to have a lower level to park in!”
