“The entire facility was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, everything was delicious. The staff we encountered were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. This is our choice from now on when we visit Branson!”

“It was comfortable and had a very nice breakfast buffet. The only problem we had was at the pool in the evening. There was a large group of you kids unattended. They were jumping, wrestling and yelling and Screaming,plus throwing their pool toys everywhere. They took over half the pool.”

“Parking was an issue. They should have designated parking spots for guests. Guest have to compete with people going to the on-site restaurant.”

“This is my favorite hotel in Branson. I've been here twice with my family for my kids' dance competitions. Both were at The Mansion, which is next door and an easy walk from the hotel. They have the friendliest staff on the planet and a great breakfast buffet — AND a dessert bar that opens at 8:30 p.m. each night, including cobblers and ice cream. The hotel itself is a bit older but maintained pretty well overall. My specific room seemed to have an issue with dampness. The A/C cooled the room……

“This seems to be an older property but is still in good shape. No issues with cleanliness and no bugs of any kind seen (and I’m that traveler that always checks the mattresses first thing). Yes the carpet may be faded and stained in spots, but that is likely an indication of heavy use over time by multiple guests. The cobbler and ice cream at night were a nice surprise! Breakfast was good with a variety of foods both hot and cold. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available all the time. ……

“Thought the room had a couch bed and it did not so they tried to sell us a trundle bed for $20 a night. Also booked through Expedia. Do not recommend. We were charged for the room twice”

“The front desk lady was the ONLY thing pleasant about this stay. The other guy up front was very rude and unprofessional. They have a little ice maker in the "lobby" area. With that being said, I needed some ice before I left so I proceeded to get ice in the bucket they provided. He had an issue with me getting ice and started telling me to leave. .that I can only get a small amount because they don't have an actual machine...(Mind you, I'm using their provided bucket.) I said sir, I paid to……

“We stay here almost every year for 14 years. It’s pretty clean, there are bugs sometimes on a few of our trips. They do move us to a different room if we ask. Staff is nice and responsive, it’s close to the main strip in Branson Mission. Air conditioning is hit and miss for being cold during hot days. Again staff does try to fix or move us. We are just used to the location and price is reasonable for the area.”

“I was expecting the pool/spa area to be better. The spa is permanently closed. Looks like a major Crack in it. The pool area is dirty and not maintained as it should be. Overall, the hotel needs to be updated with new fixtures. The shower fixtures were coming out of the wall I thought that they were going to break. The cleanliness of the hotel was great. All the room were clean and the linens were very good. Beds were very comfortable along with the pillows. Great stay just needs to be updated……

“Room was clean and spacious. Very close to Silver Dollar City. Pizza place next door (in bait and tackle shop) was very good; short but steep walk. Ice machine worked great; plenty of hot water at decent pressure in shower. We checked in around 9:30 at night; there was no staff present but they sent a message through expedia about the lock code to our room. Wifi password was in pretty small type on a magnet on the minifridge; I almost missed it. Office was still closed when we left the next……
