Villa Libecciu, exceptional view of the sea, beach at 150m, Porto Vecchio

Superb Architect Villa of 300 square meters, with exceptional views of the sea and the mountains, 4 minutes walk from the beach, 20km to Porto Vecchio and 1h from the Figari airport.

High-end accommodation for up to 14 people, renovated in 2023-2024 for more comfort, it is ideal for a stay with family or a group of friends.

It has a panoramic terrace with 360º view over the Pinarello Bay and its Genoese Tower, a symbol of Corsica, and over the mountains and the Bavella's Needles. The terrace is protected by a pergola that brings shadow and freshness. It is perfect for enjoying breakfast in front of the sea or a beautiful sunset dinner with views over the swimming pool and the mountains. You’ll be able to enjoy the private heated saltwater pool during all the season, surrounded by a landscaped garden that provides privacy and views of the mountain. The deck of the swimming pool is perfect for a yoga session or to relax under the sun on the deckchairs. In the backyard there is a large pétanque strip next to a relaxing area ideal for chilling.

The Vila is composed of 6 bedrooms, 2 of them suite with complete toilet and other 2 with mezzanine. There are a total of 5 bathrooms, 3 separate WC and 1 in each suite. Up to 14 people can be comfortably allocated, both adults and children. All bedrooms have access to a terrace.

The first floor has a big open kitchen with an aisle, equipped with 2 induction stoves, 2 sinks, 2 fridges (one with an ice maker), 2 ovens, and 2 dishwashers that allows the cooking lovers to pleasantly cook for all while enjoying the view of the sea. A barbecue and plancha (gas) are available for a barbecue party. The kitchen opens up to a luminous dining area that has 2 big tables that can seat 8 people each. A big lounge allows hosting an apéritif or to play games in family. An air-conditioned TV room, a bit separated, will allow smaller gatherings or enjoy a cinema session. And a laundry room with two washing machines.
The private parking area can fit up to 4 cars.

The house is a few meters away from the Pinarello center, hamlet the Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio. You’ll find plenty of water activities (sailing, diving, water-skiing…). A small leisure port and gorgeous sandy beaches with thin sand and crystalline waters. During your stay, you can also discover breathtaking hikes around the seaside and across the mountains. The Cavu river allows baths, a wonderful natural experience, and there are some other activities like treetop course with zipline (A Tyroliana) in a magnificent environment, only 15 minutes by car.

Amazing property, exactly as described. We have just had a fabulous two weeks here with another two families. The villa is very well equipped, and has air conditioning in all bedrooms. The pool is great, and overall the property is a lovely place to relax and has plenty of space and separate areas to spread out a large number of guests.

A week in Pinarellu

Our stay at Pinarellu was really enjoyable. The property is very well located and the views are just amazing. The pool is also a great way to admire the views and to rest. The house itself is great and spacious but it was not very clean when we arrived. The beds were not made which was surprising- the rooms were nice but fairly small. The beds were comfortable- the bathrooms are basics but practical. Overall a good stay but it is clear that the inside of the house is a bit run down.

Otroligt fin villa som faktiskt var ännu bättre än bilderna visade! Endast en nackdel och det är backen upp till huset som är superbrant, men det glömmer man lätt eftersom huset är så bra.

Magnifique vue en hauteur sur la baie de Pinarello ! La villa est moderne, très bien entretenue, ultra équipée et fonctionnelle. A 13 personnes, nous n'avons manqué de rien, tant pour les adultes que pour les enfants, avec de nombreux emplacements et terrasses qui permettent de profiter de moments différents selon les envies. Très belle et agréable piscine face à la mer. Merci à la super équipe d'accueil et d'entretien, charmante et efficace. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et n'avons qu'une envie, revenir vite !

Très belle villa, hyper facile et agréable à vivre

C’est simple… un excellent séjour. Villa correspondant en tous points à l’annonce. Très bien placée à Pinarello (plages et marina à 4’ à pied), vue splendide sur l’une des plus belle baie de Corse du sud. La maison est très, très agréable et facile à vivre pour notre groupe (4 adultes + 4 jeunes ados). Très confortable, bien équipée, plaisante… vraiment rien à redire - et pourtant nous sommes assez exigeants ! Un grand merci à nos hôtes et aussi à l’hôtesse qui nous fait les entrée/sortie. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr !

Nous étions une famille de 5 personnes dans cette spacieuse villa qui permet facilement d’en accueillir une douzaine d’occupants... Accueil très chaleureux et explications claires et précises par Benita sur les commodités de la villa et les attraits touristiques de la région La villa est située sur les hauteurs avec une vue imprenable sur la baie Calme absolu et néanmoins très proche du village, les restaurants et commerces de PINARELLO étant facilement accessibles à pied PINARELLO reste un village à taille humaine, c’est ce que nous recherchions et n’avons pas été déçus La villa dispose de tout le confort et de l’équipement nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour Chambres climatisées très appréciées Très belle piscine de 10 mètres et de nombreuses terrasses équipées et différemment exposées C’était notre premier séjour en Corse, sûrement pas le dernier au vu de l’accueil qui nous a été réservé et des richesses de cette île Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location

Sainte-Lucie de Porto-Vecchio

Property was as described in the internet. Positives: Nice views to the ocean, proximity to small town, bakery and restaurants within walking distance. Beach a short walk away with various sail boats and jet ski rentals. Beaches generally clean. Propery has nice accomodations for a big group. Four full bathrooms and plenty of deck space with seating and lounge chairs throughout. Nice to relax. Negatives: Issue with Ants. Might be early in the season and still not treated. Ants everywhere outside and to a certain degree inside the house. Pool alarm can be bothersome, despite deactivating, resets itself to "on" after a certain period of time. Pool needed cleaning (algae on the bottom) unfortunately the equipment to do it were not available. Pool service came in the later part of the week we were there, perhaps they need to come more often. Overall a very nice stay. And yes the driveway is steep, particularly at the beginning. Wasn't an issue for us, but would be for anyone that is physically impaired.

Merveilleux!!

C'est la 3ème fois que nous venons dans cette maison et notre sentiment est toujours le même: EXCEPTIONNEL! La vue de la terrasse panoramique sur la mer, la montagne et /ou la piscine est à couper le souffle! C'est un véritable havre de paix.
