“Schöne Anlage, aber für echte 5 Sterne fehlt es an Konstanz. 4 Sterne sind fast zu wenig, die Wahrheit liegt dazwischen. Kritikpunkte: - Spa-Gebühr: 20 € pro Gast/Besuch extra zu verlangen, ist bei einem Hotel mit „Spa“ im Namen zu viel. - Sicherheit: Eingänge zu den Häuserblocks sind ungesichert – jeder kann ohne Karte rein. - Housekeeping: Sehr wechselhafte Qualität. Einmal wurde Kaffeesahne vergessen, ein anderes Mal wurden unsere Pastel de Nata, die ordentlich bei den Süßigkeiten standen,……

“Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……

“The hotel main building is not pretty to look at. But the apartment units were pleasant and functional. A fair hike to the beach.”

“Our room was clean and well appointed. Lighting and plugins good. The Breakfast was fabulous. Good supermarket 3 blocks away. Beaches 5 to seven blocks away. Parking spaces were available. Pool area was large and well appointed. We would do it again.”
