It has an archaeological museum where you can see how people lived in prehistoric times, or visit the 19th-century country style of Breivelde Castle estate. Other nice destinations in the area include Oudenaarde, Kluisbergen and Ghent. There is a forest 1.9 km away, great for hiking and cycling, and a tennis court is 2 km away. There is also a lake 13 km away, and a bike rental 5 km way.
The villa itself has plenty to keep you amused. There is an outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor bar and a poolhouse that also contains a sauna with a shower. There is also a terrace, a garden with furniture, a barbecue, and billiards. If you are travelling with children, a children's bed and high chair is also available.
