Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Alles liegt gut zu erreichen und der kostenlose Parkplatz ist perfekt. Das Personal ist super lieb. Allerdings hatten wir für einen Geburtstag als Überraschung einen Frühstückstisch angefragt. Dieses hat leider nicht geklappt und leider wurde dieser auch bei Anreise direkt abgerechnet sodass die Überraschung leider nicht geglückt ist. Vielleicht ein Kommunikationsproblem? Sonst können wir nur Gutes berichten

1 beker in de badkamer was nog besmeurd met tandpasta Op zondagmorgen is rustig ontbijten ook niet aan de orde. Grote groepen van buitenaf die kwamen ontbijten. Te weinig stoelen waren voorzien voor een bepaalde ploeg die met meer aankwamen dan er gereserveerd werd. Het personeel deed er alles aan om zo snel mogelijk alles in orde te brengen, doch 30 minuten was het chaos door die ploeg.. ze bleven ook rechtstaan tussen de ontbijttafels. Personeel had hen beter even terug naar de receptie doorverwezen om daar te wachten tot alles in orde was en zo de hotelgasten niet te storen. Positief: vriendelijk personeen, voldoende parkeerplaats voor het hotel, niet ver van de grote markt van Oudenaarde.

This was an amazing place to stay. It was very nice and close to the town center. Free parking was a plus. Every person that works here is so kind and helpful. I would give them a 10 star rating if possible.

Good Hotel

All together a good stay, hotel well appointed however, the only downside side was that my colleague had no hot water either from the tap nor the shower. When turning the tap on and moving it to hot, the water stopped!! Aside from this, the hotel was good.

Hôtel très propre, personnel accueillant et souriant, local vélo sécurisé appréciable mais trop petit pour la taille de l'hôtel. Petit point négatif, la couette est trop petite et le petit déjeuner très cher. Je recommande tout de même cet établissement car bon rapport qualité prix pour les chambres.

Het is zeker geen 4 sterren waard. Handdoeken met rafels geen verzorgingsproducten. Vlekken in de vloerbedekking batterij tv leeg. Hele smerige plek naast bed op de ruit. Tas met 4 paar schoenen vergeten in de kamer en hierover slechte communicatie en nog geen goed antwoord terwijl de tas op zeker hier is blijven staan met volledige inhoud!

Redelijke modern hotel, gratis parkeren voor de deur. Badlinnen was enigszins versleten. Op loopafstand van centrum Oudenaarde.
