「Everything about this property was excellent. The only issue we had was my 10 year-old granddaughter got stuck in the elevator. The staff was very kind and called maintenance. We were there for 30 minutes and finally got her out before maintenance came. Still this was a big issue for us.」

「飯店距離科隆中央車站略遠，但是一路從車站走過來可以欣賞科隆街道美景，房間設施相當好，提供一人一杯膠囊咖啡在房間使用，進來房間床頭就放著小熊軟糖迎賓，房間非常的大，下次有機會來會在選擇入住」

「位置非常好，距離主要景點都是可步行的路程，樓下就是餐廳及超市。房間細小但舒適，只是出發前要裝什麼app，又說會有digital key於到達前提供，app 要填大量個人資料，在過了check in 時間也未收到key，另我擔心不而，原來都只是用時匙咭！」

「My room features a kitchen equipped with an oven, a living room with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and a dining table. The bathroom is large and modern. There's also a second TV in the bedroom, both of which can sync with my iPad—perfect for cozy movie nights. The location is very convenient, being close to the train station and right next to the exhibition centre. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a fantastic place to stay.」

「Within walking distance of the Christmas Market at the Cathedral. We did not partake in breakfast so cannot rate that. Very clean and comfortable hotel.」
