「Staff was very friendly. Location was ok. But the worst part and reason for poor review is the room had bed bugs. We checked in late at night and we didn't discover the bugs until after midnight. Reception was already closed and I sent a message but nobody responded. We had to sleep in the floor away from the beds and walls. We had to wait till 9am when Reception opened to talk to someone. The gentleman that help me was very helpful and was able to move us to a new room. Management never...

「This accommodation may not suit every type of traveler. Starting with the positives: Firstly, the room’s amenities were quite good, the room was clean and tidy upon arrival. Secondly, the guesthouse is located close to Bonn’s city center. However, there were a few challenges: First, upon arrival, there was no staff to greet us, so we were unsure how to enter. Thankfully, another guest helped us enter the building and our room. Second, we had to park quite a distance away and carry our luggage...
