“General comments for my stays in the past week. The service was good. However, the Room facilities and cleanliness needs to be lift up immediately. 1. Stains and hair found on the sofa. 2. Wine cellar ventilation fan was noisy which woke me up during the night on my 1st stay. 3. Toilet bowl cover loosened. 4. Stains and hair found in a towel. 5. Curtains in the bathroom was dirty. 6. “職員服務一流。鄰近火車站，交通方便。早餐ok. 房間冷氣非常足夠。唯一缺點是浴室水壓略慢。下次到蘇黎世會再次入住。”

“離火車站很近，去機場的巴士站也很方便，到中央車站也是20分鐘左右，車站的另一頭有超市跟一些餐廳非常方便”

“Museums and churches are all nearby within walking distance. Excursions gathering point are just within 20 minutes walking distance. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Though so convenient for all, the place is still very quiet and beautiful during non peak travelling season”
