Staff were super friendly and super helpful! The rooms were spacious (for Japan) and they cleaned often. Breakfast buffet was delicious, and overall a really great experience. Would book again if I ever go back!

We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated the cleanliness. The staff is really friendly and accommodating.
Breakfast has a ticketing system and can get packed quickly but we usually ate when it opened and had no issues. Buffet style breakfast with plenty of options and great tasting.
Room was spacious and clean.
Overall a great stay and would stay here again !

Great in hotel shops, food & pastries. Great breakfast buffet. They even had outside vendors come in. We really enjoyed most everything there. Major problem we had was the mattresses were terrible. Basically a spring frame with a half inch of material on it so you could feel the springs in it. They gotta change the mattresses. Then the a/c went out @ midnight. Didn’t have it checked since we were checking out. Also we got massages there. Different than a western massage. You keep your clothes on & they do pressure points. I thought it was still good but the others in the group didn’t enjoy it as much.
