We had a great stay at the Lotte Hotel. The room was beautiful, and the restaurant and food were amazing. The only small drawback was the mattress quality. Would still happily stay again.

Spacious room, kind and helpful staff, loved the complimentary breakfast and the washlet toilet(very nice touch). The view from my room was also amazing.
I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return.
