「The cabin we stayed in is basically a tiny home and it is quite uneven, the furnishings are extremely warn and nope in taking the cover off the water was so cloudy we passed. No host on sight either. The greatest thing about this place is the location and history now, i needs the care it deserves.」

「The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. 「I was happy with this stay. Room was clean, staff was very accommodating, which is absent in most hotels. Breakfast is a full hot breakfast! Air and heating worked very well. Good location and close to many restaurants and shopping. Quiet hotel to stay at. Rosa is a great manager and has staff that's been with her for years.」

「Nice room overall. Fireplace was nice. Everything worked. However, the bathroom and entry tile had a lot of grime and dirt showing on it. It was not from a recent stay but appeared to be accumulation over time. I wonder if the carpet was that dirty too. 」
