“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff service and……

“非常推薦這間飯店，飯店是全新的，而且還有早餐可以享用。”

“good”

Things didn't improve much as we made our way to our room on the third floor. The hallway carpet was badly stained……

“perfect place to stay while on the go”

“We stayed five nights for a College reunion. The whole motel and amenities were excellent. But we were most impressed by the warm, friendly treatment we got from the entire staff. It was the most friendly, inviting motel we have stayed at. Thank you.”

“Close to the highway, 汽车的噪音污染严重，不能睡觉。太恐怖啦。”

“Very good ”

“I got an old, dirty and smelly room. But the front desk service and the restaurant are not bad.”
