“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. “The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “Really need to revise the description of the property. It’s listed as “2 queen beds”. There’s ONE queen bed, and a Murphy bed that requires a separate request of the host to prepare. It’s misleading. The property is listed as “breakfast included”, but there’s only cold cereal and a pint of milk. That’s all. No toast, nuthin else. cereal and a pint of 2%.”

“As the first timer staying in your hotel.It's really sad to see that the rooms are not clean.The way they should be, i like the bathroom was really ugly with this yellow orange color slimy things on the edges of shower, the kitchen sink smelled really fishy is like the food processorneeds to be clean daily....my sister told one house keeper that th3 food processor was very stinky and only offer a scrub for us....bed sheets with stains,the entrance is very small to walk in...first thing you see……

“Don't waste your money. I don't know how everyone is saying how clean and quiet this motel is. There were stains on the comforter and the shower curtain, there was a dirty towel left in the cabinet under the bathroom sink, the room smelt like cigarettes and water damage, the bed was uncomfortable, the tub was incredibly slick, and the person above us was walking around in heels or just stomping in general from 1-2 am and again when we woke up around 9 am. My fiance woke up to the person in the……
