I walked in when they were changing the sheets, the pillows had blood stain on them. Learned to take sheets off pillows in every hotel I go to.

Absolutely fabulous! The room was spotless, pleasant, and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the main train station, which makes the entire city easily accessible. Many of the city's historical, cultural and food destinations are within walking distance, and others are a short ride away by the trams or buses. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with many great Japanese and Western options. But what made this stay special is the staff - welcoming, helpful and caring. A delightful experience.
