We have stayed several times at Hotel Blu in Vancouver. It's an ideal location but not too busy of an area. Love love love it

Splurge, book this hotel! Everything from the staff to the rooms far exceeded our expectations. The Pacific Club Lounge was definitely worth it for us as was the luggage service from hotel to cruise ship. Loved our stay!

This hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of Vancouver, close to all the main downtown landmarks. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous. However, the breakfast at the restaurant was below average and overpriced for the quality and variety of the food. The hotel itself was clean, but the building has seen better days. It dates back and needs some TLC, especially with the paint, flooring, decor, colors, and furniture. Despite these issues, I would recommend staying here if you value the warm interaction with the staff and the prime location.

The hotel is to the Fairmont standard. First time I stayed in a room that seemed less equipped. No robe No laundry bag No coffee cups No tea bags All had to be called up. There is an expectation when staying at a hotel of this standard that all items will be in room. I think parking should be less charge when bringing your own car.
