Excellent location for great restaurants, walks, and venues. Staff were helpful and the two restaurants/bars in the hotel were good. The parking lot was a bit of a gong show… There was rebar showing through both the ceiling and the floor, but they were doing up the first level during our stay and painted it… It was a bit of a nightmare getting in and out of the garage while this work was happening, and I met a guest who had scratched her rental car on the wall as she was trying to get in, but over all a good stay and we’ve booked another 5 nights

We had a great stay at the Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront. The location is excellent—safe and very central, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and activities. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a great partial view of the harbor. While the decor felt a bit dated, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort.
The breakfast buffet was good with a decent selection, though a bit overpriced.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its location, cleanliness, and service, and would definitely stay here again.
