Nice property. Room was nice. Check in was a complete disaster. We arrived and completed our paperwork early and we were quite content to wait in the lobby. 10 minutes after check in time (4pm) other guests that arrived after us are being sent to their rooms and we are still waiting. Lounge was closed so the lobby is now jammed with people. Staff don't seem to have a clue, and the manager got really snarky reminding us about the stick 4pm check in time......at 4:15.
Also, no company or guests allowed after 10pm. Seems a bit militant.
Better options out there for the price point.

I had a great time and so did my dog :) it’s a very big hotel, easy to get lost but my dog and I enjoyed our stay! Staff are very friendly and helpful! Valet parking was super easy!

The bed was incredibly comfortable! The room was very clean! However it did cost me $42 for 2 coffee w cream, and 2 small bowls of fruit salad. Felt that was excessive
Staff was very nice, super helpful!
