Expedia Gold Member Status not recognised despite being advertised. Room very small. Had to ask for robes, even though these are also advertised. Location very good. Hotel not quite as described!

Just spent 4 nights.. staff were all very nice and accommodating especially Khristina! We loved the location to everything.. hotel was clean and we had a group of 8.... it was a bit chaotic checking in but the hotel was extremely helpful and understanding! Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. We lpved zürich and we definitely would stay here again!

Location Location Location! Probably the best location hotel near Duomo Milan, Galleria Vitrorio and Via Dante.

Pros: 5 star amenity rooms, incredibly friendly, multilingual staff, always smiling and accommodating. Cons: Despite how tall the building is, it's very tucked away, misleadingly far from the city centre and difficult to find - even for a couple of taxi drivers I was with.

If you need to visit Milano for a day or two, this is the place that you need to stay, very convenience and close of the main tourist attractions. Good Services.
