The property is beautiful, clean, and SO big. There is something to do for everyone, but definitely be prepared to walk. Depending what pool you’re lounging in, it’s very likely that you’ll have to tend yourself to your drinks/snacks. Honestly, this was a blessing in disguise because it helped me get a substantial of steps in to burn off all the beer I consumed 😅 They don’t offer room service to all guests, but they do have a sports bar open 24/7. We ended up having to carry food out in napkins because they don’t offer any to go plates/boxes. I also have to say that this resort had some of the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered, with the exception of a couple of bartenders and servers. The majority of the folks here were less than helpful and the timeshare folks are SO persistent, to the point of annoyance.

Staff was wonderful everyone was friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond. Hotel on the other hand not that good none of the restaurants were open, only buffet. If the they were open there is too many rules and strict dress code. Men had to have long pants if not your not allowed in. The hibachi you had to go in person at 5:30pm to make a reservation or you could not eat there, when it was empty literally all the time. Beware of an animal all around the property it got into our room twice, once in the middle of the night with the door closed so you must definitely lock it, they know how to open the doors. It was very scary and disgusting. Not a good experience wouldn’t stay at this resort again. Management was not helpful.

The rooms were clean and the staff is helpful. Just lack of AC in certain areas like couple of the restaurants made it hard to stay on and enjoy the food. Need more elevators as it has only one and escalators.

My husband and I Booked the jacuzzi terrace room , we weren’t able to use the outside jacuzzi nor the indoor jacuzzi because both were old and rusted. I even asked housekeeping to clean it and it still didn’t look decent enough to get it. It wasn’t All adults , kids are allowed in all parts. The room service food is minimum and wasn’t to good. Food wasn’t to good , lunch time at the buffet and a sports bar had good food but two of the food trucks didn’t have food and weren’t open. It’s was a beautiful resort but restaurants close at 11pm .. room service isn’t good at all. Liquor is all you can drink .
