Traditional hotel with very friendly and helpful staff! I had a wonderful experience here! Will stay here again!

優點： 1. 雖是老舊飯店，但壯麗的建築物和裝潢很漂亮，且維護得不錯。 2. 早餐多樣化也很好吃，就在緊鄰海灘的餐廳。 3. 泳池很棒，還有個pool bar，每天早上會安排飯店人員在泳池裡一起教學跳健身操。 4. 服務人員很友善都會親切打招呼。 缺點： 1. check in很慢，透過網路預訂，給了飯店和網路訂單編號還是花了15分鐘才能進房，在lobby就被蚊子咬了三個包。 2. 飯店裡到處都是熱帶植物，一進門前發現門沒關，整個房間裡都是蚊子，整個晚上沒辦法睡，打了應該有十幾隻。 3. 固定式的吹風機，風非常弱，半個小時沒辦法吹乾頭髮。 4. 目前住了第三天，每一天的毛巾浴巾都是髒的，都有大片的血漬污漬，一看就知道是拿毛巾去擦地板，像抹布一樣，每一條都是，不應該是這種等級的度假村該發生的事情。 5. 床非常大，軟硬度很舒適，可是床單一樣不是很乾淨。 6. wifi非常爛，每一次使用都要登入，會一直斷線，也很慢。 7. 隔音非常差，只是樓上房客說話的聲音都可以聽得一清二楚。

Roof Ocean Front Suite is spacious, modern and clean. The ocean view is nice. The beach is better than i expected as not much waves and clean. However, the hotel transfer experienced was really bad on arrival. I arrived on 24th Dec and i had booked the airport transfer directly with the hotel. I got on the hotel Van for 8 people at around 6.30pm. I told the driver, the hotel staff, to send me buy the Sim Card. He drove me to a busy street and finally we had traffic jam on that street probably around 1 hour. I had no angry as it was my decision. But around 7.45pm, our van finally arrived the Roundabout near the Taman Ngurah Rai. I used the Goggle Map to see the road condition, i though i would arrive hotel within 20 minutes more by using Bali Mandara Toll Road which costs around US $1. I really do not know why our driver did not go to hotel by this Toll and he drove me toward North direction of Jl. By Pass Ngurah Rai. Even the driver did not want to use Toll Road, he should drive toward South of Jl. By Pass Ngurah Rai to back to hotel. There was no point to drive North as it was just waste of time. After i found he drove me toward north, i asked the driver to use Toll Road and he told me need to pay US$1. I booked the hotel transfer was originally wanted to have a safe and fast way to back hotel once arrival as i had 2 kids and 3 elderly. Driver finally U turned in Sunset Rd at around 8:30pm and drove back to the Roundabout. We arrived hotel at 9.00pm. Almost 2.30 hrs.

The breakfast staff were a bit lazy. When I asked for tea, they often didn't bring it

It's ok.對於我們的Anniversary還精心準備了蛋糕，很窩心。可惜房間內沒有浴缸，沒地方可以放鬆泡澡。海灘不知道是在整修還是怎樣，沒有照片中漂亮。
