I liked the access to all the restaurants and shopping.But what I did not like is.The condition of the hotel could be improved considering the price that you pay also was inconvenient that it did not have a microwave in the room and it was loud at night outside

If you are looking for a beach at your hotel, this is not the place……very disappointing! On a positive note the two onsite restaurants were both excellent and the live entertainment was exceptional. Plenty of high end shopping within close proximity to the hotel and multiple dining establishments, both local and national are close by. For a place to stay, I would highly recommend but if you want a great beach out your back door, there are definitely better options!

Really convenient location . Stayed with our infant & it was wonderful. It's in between everything you can possibly need or want. Food/ highway/ beaches/zoo/etc. The staff are friendly & accommodating.

This was the second hotel we stayed at in Hawaii and such a difference from our first. GREAT hotel. Really attentive friendly staff, rooms are wonderful. Service is amazing. There's a variety of food/drink options here. The food itself is good, one spicy dish anywhere on any menu would be incredible (but that's just personal taste). We tried a variety of different drinks with mixed results, but overall really enjoyed it all. Also, visit the hotels bakery... SO GOOD. The only slight downside to this hotel is the pool area is not the best. It feels really cramped and because of the proximity to the beach, many guests bring sand into the pool. Not ideal. It also closes fairly early. Location is right in the heart of everything, very walkable to most things. Overall, great spot! A great hotel, done well.

Always a great time staying at the Stay! I recommend this hotel to all of my family and friends because of the friendly staff, great location, and amazing value! The staff always goes above and beyond, they even gave us a handwritten welcome postcard and calendar. I thought it was such a nice touch! The room was perfect for us as a couple on the go. It was a good size and had a balcony with beautiful views of the city and ocean. Housekeeping stopped by every day of our stay to help keep the room clean and tidy. We were on the 6th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from the karaoke bar as others have mentioned. We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at the Waikīkī Resorts Hotel for a week, and overall it was a mixed experience. The property is definitely dated, the décor and furnishings feel like they belong to another era, but it’s clean, functional, and well maintained. The best part is the location: just a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach and surrounded by great dining options. If you plan to explore the island, renting a car is a must. The on-site car rental works well for short day trips since you avoid parking fees, while longer rentals are cheaper from the airport. Service was uneven. The front desk lacked warmth and didn’t feel particularly welcoming. On the other hand, the bellboy, housekeeping, and other staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. They brought much-needed hospitality to the experience. Amenities are basic. Breakfast is simple, and the on-site restaurant is expensive for what it offers. The pool area is shaded, making it a good spot to relax after the beach, though not a place for long sun sessions. If you’re looking for a modern hotel with luxury touches, this isn’t it. But if you want a clean, conveniently located base with access to the beach and the island, it does the job well, especially for the price.

When we first walked in it smelled so good! The front desk staff was very friendly very efficient. Our room was very clean and better than I expected. It was nice. Our patio looked down in the city and the pool area. Which was beautiful. The pool itself was awesome! Everyone there is very nice and I cannot wait to go back one day!
