The location was convenient for Jeju City. Close to the airport and malls and easy to catch taxis/Ubers.
The room and decor was a bit dated. None of the outlets had USB or 110 V adapters (some modern hotels do). The carpeting was a darker color and doesn't appear to be well cleaned as I found crumbs on it on the first check in day.
We did try the buffet and it had a lot of variety and was good.
As the hotel had the style and feel of past full service hotels, I expected better service. Prior to arrival, I had inquired about recommendations for flowers or ordering a dessert/wine for the room. I was told I had to do all of that on my own (even though they had them on their restaurants on premise). I also asked about flower delivery and was told to search on my own. Same for drivers for hire. I expected more for a hotel that seemed to style itself differently.
Even for car service to the airport, I was suggested to use Uber and call on my own.
Overall, it was okay, but not sure I would recommend this.
