Also property is dated. We had a power outage our first full day. It was just out. No messages about it or apologies.

Insane crowds, bad food, tacky, dingy
Broken up escalator (from rideshare drop-off), lights not working, broken curtain. Signature hand/body wash and shampoo scent smells like Poo-pourri
Hidden fees galore—Tenardier-level embezzlement.
Staff was really lovely!
