“The hotel staff was really accommodating for my friends and I as I celebrate my birthday in Santiago. Ana was so helpful with the arrival and departure. The room was nice, and my friends enjoyed their stay. The rooms are not soundproof as listed online, but I was able to get a good night rest everynight.
This hotel is in the metro area, so everything you need is nearby! I would stay here again!”

“Wonderful hotel and experience. I had a córner room with great light. Just the right size. Good shower and bathroom. Very attentive service. Wonderful spaces around the lobby for informal meetings, quiet work or reading. The bar is a bit small, but offers service also on the terrace outside. The restaurant Amandine has a great reputation with my Chilean friends and clients. But I did not try it. ”

“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”

“Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor
I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance.
They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know)
Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience ”

“This hotel is located in quiet area but close to metro station, and there's a tourist information just nearby. Also not far from cable car station Oasis and Sky Costanera, about 20 minutes walk. Most of the staffs are helpful. Room is clean and comfortable.
