We stayed here for my son's basketball tournament. The room had 3 beds and a pull out couch. One of the mattresses has stains all over it, looked like coffee, chocolate milk, or maybe blood. Room was clean except the carpet appeared to have not been vacuumed thoroughly. Room a bit dated. Musty smell throughout hotel, like an older building. We left too early, so cannot on the breakfast. Overall, a good value and perfect for an overnight or two or for the budget traveler.
