Overall hotel was lovely - great location, lovely reception. The downfall was the cleanliness of the room (dust around the bed, dirty under the bed) and the drain smell in the rooms. General cleanliness was okay but did need a decent spring clean.

This is a nice hotel that isn’t in the touristy part of Tokyo. It is down the street from the Tokyo dome and plenty of things to do if you’re looking for a non touristy experience. The staff is friendly and made us feel welcomed.

Excellent service from the staff. Since our check-in, we were greeted and assisted by staff. The site is clean and well-maintained, with the necessary amenities for long-haul travellers (e.g., laundry). Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport, which helps alleviate some of the stress. One memorable moment from this stay is a handwritten letter I received from one of the trainee staff, Okabe-san, welcoming me to Asakusa, Tokyo. Thank you. :)

The breakfast and the staff just amazes me

As soon I arrived I was greeted with really friendly and helpful staff. The location is amazing - right next to all the amazing shops, same street as high-end stores and steps away from the heart of Dotonburi. They provided PJs as well, and their bathtub was huge. They had the most unique shower area that I've ever seen in all the hotels I've stayed at in Japan - very Japanese style so it was amazing. One thing I missed was the stand they had at the lobby where there was a print out of recommended restaurants categorized by what kind of food you're looking for and price points. So I wish they would have informed us of that and we would have been able to navigate to finding what to eat easier.

Convenient, train stations, walking to the various arcades to shop . As well as restaurants.

Great location in Shabuya, close to subway station, great staffs, rooms are nice and clean. One of the nicest hotels we’ve been to especially because of the friendly staffs. Would definitely stay here again

Really enjoyed my stay here . The staff were all super helpful . They also stored and secured my luggage after I checked out before I departed for the airport .
