Polynesia Golf Holidays

We were in a room with two queen beds and a couch. I am handicap so I needed a scooter and there was enough room in the room to move around and with the scooter. The bathroom was clean. There were a couple of negative things that need improvement in the bathroom. First a skid resistance mat in the shower. The second thing is instead of having just 2 towels at bare minimum there should’ve been 4 towels available. I like the availability of multiple different restaurants within the Rio. I especially liked the Korean barbecue , Kang’s. As far as the casino is concerned, there was a wide variety of different machines and tables to choose from. I guess the only disappointing part of the casino is there’s no Poker Room. Taking in consideration that it was the Poker capital (WSOP) for a couple of decades you would think that they would have at least 2 or 3 poker tables available. Overall, it is a very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay. The one big concern or complaint I might have is, there were eight elevators or more available, but it seemed like only three were in service.

Stunning resort. Very helpful kind staff. Pools are awesome. Drinks were wonderful. The property is gigantic, so there’s a lot of walking to get from Park to Parr. If you pay for late checkout, be sure to confirm or you will get locked out of your room. Highly recommend.

Ass community, a decent hotel tho

We spent one night. Great customer service. The hotel is close to Times Square. Beds were very comfortable, desk was a little small to work from, bathroom with Smokey glass wasn’t the right fit for our family because there wasn’t enough privacy. If we were just a couple it would have been ok. Staff was super friendly which was nice!!
