This hotel was amazing. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and you could choose form 4 different places inside. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. It was very kids friendly. We will definitely return.

It’s a nice hotel overall. The room is quite small/tight, but I guess that’s the norm in Japan. Besides that, it’s in a good location with a train station right next door. The staff are very nice. They also have traditional Japanese baths which I unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but that’s a huge plus! The free breakfast was decent. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I’d recommend it to others when visiting the Tokyo area

nice breakfast. i liked the shuttle from the airport BUT should have read the schedule carefully. We had to wait 2 hours to get to hotel. It was further from the airport than I expected. I was so tired that I couldn't go to the spa, which was a main reason I went there.
