The room is spacious and spotless. All the amenities are more than we needed. Each person at the front desk was incredibly helpful.

Great location, lots to do around, the hotel itself is on a fairly quite residential street couple of blocks removed from the busy streets of Asakusa. My family of 4 stayed there for 6 nights. Very clean and nicely furnished studio style apartment/ suite.

Great hotel! the rooms were so clean, the staff were very friendly. The location was conveniently close to UENO train station and the train that takes you directly to Narita Airport. Would 100% return to this hotel if I’m ever back in Tokyo.

Staff were always ready to help with anything, sometimes very busy, other times waiting patiently in the lobby for someone who might need something. Club lounge breakfast was healthy and plentiful. The room was comfortable and quiet, cleaned daily, with very nice shower and thick towels. The small balcony was enough to enjoy the lights at night. Overall, a most enjoyable stay. Have stayed here several times now, and will do so again.

An incredible hotel, worth spending more time in. We were very well taken care of, and even our travel needs were taken care of. The breakfast options were both amazing, and the gardens are beautiful.

The hotel was easy to find and very close to the train station and convenient stores. The deluxe Japanese room is spacious even for 4-6 adults, clean and modern, same for the furniture fixtures; shower and toilet rooms were just as spacious and clean. Amenities are more than we needed; laundry machine had easy instructions. Front desk staff was INCREDIBLY helpful and so polite. The deck was a bonus, although the train tracks were right across the street, the view is still just as wonderful. Really enjoyed this property and would return again. Highly recommend to stay here.

Attention to detail and cleanliness was greatly appreciated. Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. This hotel was located in a very quiet but convenient neighborhood!
