I recently stayed at the NEWCZ LCT Residence in Busan, and it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The room was exceptionally spacious, beautifully appointed, and meticulously clean, offering a level of comfort that truly stood out. I particularly appreciated that the staff was highly responsive to any requests while still deeply respecting guest privacy. Fresh towels and bottled water were delivered promptly to the door on a reliable daily schedule, and room service was seamlessly arranged one day in advance, ensuring everything was taken care of without any unexpected interruptions. Considering the high quality of the accommodations and the premium feel of the property, it provided fantastic value for the price. Overall, it was a flawless stay. I was so impressed with the residence that I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I will absolutely be booking here again. The experience was so positive that it even prompted me to look into their long-term residential options. If you are looking for a reliable, spacious, and well-managed place to stay, this is an excellent choice.

The room is clean

I had a great stay here. The view of Haeundae Beach was just outstanding from my room. My room was super clean and facilities were superb. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel (and the parking) would have been a little difficult to find, but the hosts were very responsive and made sure they came out to help us. They were very friendly and helpful and made all the difference in getting parking and getting into the unit, which requires a code to access. They even had early check in available and gave us a welcome cake! Keyless entry, which is great. The pool takes 2-3 hours to fill, so make sure to contact the host and get instructions on how to prep the pool so they can start to fill it for you while you're away. Having only one bathroom is the only downside of this unit that comfortably fit my family of 5, but the location can't be beat and we would definitely come back.

Excellent facilities and a fantastic location! We had only stayed at hotels near Haeundae before, but we really enjoyed this hotel and had a wonderful time exploring Gijang as well.

The hotel is in a good central spot, where it takes just five minutes to walk to the beach. The place is clean and well maintained. I slept lovely! The only issue I found is the pool facilities etc are now shut, which I was not aware of when making the booking. It was a shame as we were looking forward to this, but perhaps explains why the hotel was cheaper.

The hotel is beautiful, but the carpets were dirty and there was a slight musty smell. The bathroom amenities were also very limited—they only provided soap and shampoo, with no other basic toiletries. Overall, the hotel is nice, but there are some areas that could be improved.

Very disappointed! Booked and paid for a junior suite for 4 nights as I’m at the end of 6weeks travelling, and really wanted a spa in the room. Hotel advised that spas are intentionally deactivated, and offered no other resolution. Without the spa, the room I got was a basic box, not worth the money. Noisy location, poorly finished hotel.
