The hotel is a jaw dropping early twentieth century architectural marvel. Walking up the stairs and seeing the stained glass ceiling at the top felt like living history. Not only that, but the staff was personable and very helpful and attentive, the room was clean, airy, quiet, and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was fantastic. If I could give extra stars I would.

"Staying in a 12th century castle that is updated with modern facilities is amazing. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The Fahrenheit Restaurant had excellent food. The staff at the hotel was so helpful."
