The room was clean, cozy, and inviting. The complimentary bottle of wine to the fireplace and tub made this a room i'd certainly look to book again. The historic building itself was so charming, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. 5 stars

Bed sheets could be better, the fitted sheet never stays on. Also, the mattress definitely needs to be changed. Its a large dip in the middle. Its sad because everything else is spectacular 😊 hope they fix this because we love to stay there.

The room was clean and spacious. Check in was quick and efficient. The restaurant staff were very good and helpful with our two young grandchildren. The kids really enjoyed the pool. The only negative would be the $28 parking fee for 20 hours!

All Staff members were fabulous. They could have not been any more helpful and accommodating to we stranded travelers during a blizzard, missed flights, and cancelled cruise. Special mention of Gabriel on the front desk. Also, the lovely cleaning lady on Floor 5, she was so sweet. The Manager was very helpful too. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be booking this Hotel when visiting St. John's again. Our thanks to all staff.

The property and service was awesome, the actual room was underwhelming this visit! My past visit was WOW, this visit the room had an old bath/shower combo and no rainfall shower has described. And, there was this awful pull out sofa in the corner of the room 😕
