We stayed 7 nights and it turned out to be our best family trip ever. All staff are friendly and eager to help. We're lucky to meet Dias who assisted us since check-in and took care of every detail to the end. Thanks for her hospitality and thoughtfulness.
There seemed to be some problem on the room keys and the entry light was flashing, yet all of these were solved immediately after we told the staff.
The facility is great yet the staff are even better. It's my smartest decision to choose Podma Resort Legian as our accommodation in Bali.

It was our second time to stay in Royal Plaza Hotel. The hotel was superb as it has been. The people were nice, the staff was helpful, the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained, etc. I'd definitely choose to stay in Royal Plaza again for the next visit in HK.
