Stayed here for 4 nights- two couples in two kitchenette suites. Location is great- close to a lot of shopping and trains.
Staff were friendly. Pool was nice. Plumbing was unacceptable- kitchenette faucet barely worked and bath faucet was not useful for much other than brushing teeth. Shower was ok but old step-in tub style. The A/C did not work well when we arrived, however they did get that working on day 2. We would probably not stay there again unless it was all we could afford.

Loved our stay at Padma. This resort caters for everyone. Our room was perfect and very comfortable. Service was 5 star from the groundsman to the front desk. Will definitely be going back.

I did not like the pool. The steps were very slippery, I use a walker and was to frightened to go into it after the first try. This could be the only reason I might not return to your hotel in March. Otherwise everything was great

We had a slight unpleasant check in experience with the staff. Miko took the initiative to contact us and she goes above and beyond to take care of us for the rest of the stay. This is the fourth time we stayed at this hotel and it will be our first choice to stay in Hong Kong for the years to come. Thanks Miko
